I like this photo for its simplicity. The photo was taken in, Timaru, a small town on the east coast of New Zealand. The Timaru Gardens are on the way out of the town as you head south and make for a very relaxing and enjoyable walk around these botanical gardens.
The man in the shot was sailing his small boat on the lake within the gardens. The photo is very calm – yet, moments earlier it was chaotic with seagulls and ducks fighting over bread being thrown into the lake by a child.
